With convenient installments, you can own a 90-square-meter apartment with super-luxury finishes for a down payment of 35,000 Egyptian pounds and a monthly payment of 850 Egyptian pounds. The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the launch of the largest housing offering in the ministry's history, totaling 400,000 housing units. This comes as part of implementing President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to provide suitable housing units for various social groups, as part of the state's plan to achieve comprehensive urban development.
The Ministry of Housing confirmed that the new offering includes units for low- and middle-income groups, in addition to luxury housing, while providing integrated infrastructure and basic services to ensure a distinguished standard of living that aligns with the state's sustainable development plans.
115,000 Housing Units to Be Offered as Part of the "Housing for All Egyptians" Initiative
The Ministry of Housing explained that 115,000 housing units will be offered as part of the "Housing for All Egyptians" initiative, targeting low- and middle-income individuals, through the Social Housing Fund and Mortgage Finance Support. These units will be distributed across several governorates and new cities, according to the following schedule:
May 15, 2025: Beginning of offering tender documents for middle-income housing.
July 1, 2025: Beginning of offering tender documents for low-income housing.
The Ministry of Housing indicated that this initiative is part of the government's efforts to provide housing units at subsidized prices, while offering payment facilities through easy mortgage financing.
261,000 Additional Units Through the Housing and Development Bank
The Ministry of Housing confirmed that an additional 261,253 housing units will be offered through the Housing and Development Bank, according to the following schedule:
April 15, 2025: 35,088 units to be offered.
July 15, 2025: 59,510 units to be offered.
October 15, 2025: 59,687 units to be offered.
January 15, 2026: 58,312 units to be offered.
April 15, 2026: 48,656 units to be offered.
"Diarna" Project
According to the Ministry of Housing, the offering includes 60,000 housing units distributed across 23 new cities, with areas ranging from 105 to 153 square meters. These units feature fully finished and modern facilities that keep pace with urban development, ensuring an integrated residential environment that provides comfort and security for residents.
"Zilal" Project
The offering also includes 40,000 housing units across 17 new cities, designated for luxury housing, with areas ranging from 115 to 160 square meters. The project features modern designs, advanced infrastructure, and integrated services that meet the needs of those seeking a high-quality residential environment.
