Housing apartments are a focus of interest for many citizens wishing to apply for apartments in new cities, especially after the Ministry of Housing announced its preparations to offer 261,000 apartments, starting April 15, in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank and the Misr Real Estate Platform.

A statement from the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities confirmed that the first phase of the offering process will include 35,000 apartments on Tuesday, April 15. The offering covers various segments of Egyptian society, including housing for low- and middle-income groups, as well as upper-middle-income and luxury housing, with prices ranging from EGP 10,000 to EGP 35,000 per square meter.

Ganna Misr 2025 Apartments

In another context, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities will begin offering new residential apartments within the "Ganna Misr" project in a number of new cities in the coming days. This is according to a report issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, which set several conditions for eligibility for a Ganna Misr 2025 apartment.


Reservation Conditions for Ganna Misr 2025 Apartments



Duties of the applicant to reserve a Jannat Misr apartment:

  • Acknowledgement of review of all terms and specifications pertaining to the offering via the terms and conditions booklet.
  • The submission constitutes final, irrevocable approval of the terms and conditions after payment of the reservation deposit.
  • Acknowledgment of a physical inspection of the unit site and approval of all details.
  • The contracted units are designated for residential use and may not be changed at all.
  • In the event of a violation, the contract will be terminated without notice or court order, in accordance with real estate regulations.
