Many citizens are eagerly awaiting the launch of the 2025 social housing apartments for low-income individuals. This is part of the massive housing initiative launched by the Ministry of Housing this year, targeting various income groups in several new cities across the country.
Housing for All Egyptians Initiative – 2025 Offering
The new offering falls under the "Housing for All Egyptians" initiative and consists of 15,000 fully finished apartments with easy payment systems. The offering is divided into two main phases, with the first phase opening for reservations from May 21 to June 4, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation Advance and Interest Rates
Units are offered through a mortgage financing system with subsidized interest rates:
