For its part, the Cabinet, headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, announced the formation of working groups to agree on the details of the offering of 400,000 social housing units, including the completed units being constructed, their sizes, and implementation rates. This is particularly true given that a portion of these units are ready for delivery. The final version of the offering will be presented soon to the Prime Minister, in preparation for presenting the final version of the major offering to the President of the Republic.
Steps to Inquire About Social Housing Apartments 2025
First, those reserving units must log in to the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund's website.
- Select the project for which they are applying to obtain a housing unit, after entering their details in the housing unit allocation request.
- Enter the applicant's 14-digit national ID number (the card must be valid). Then, click "Inquire," which will allow them to inquire about their housing unit and the applicant.
Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, revealed that the Fund began sorting the documents of citizens applying for housing units on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Once the documents are sorted, citizens will be notified of the results of their applications via SMS messages to the phone number registered with the documents they uploaded to the website.
