Housing for All Egyptians 7: New Apartments for Low-Income Individuals with Affordable Down Payments

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities—through the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund—has announced the release of 101,000 new housing units as part of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative. These units are dedicated to low- and middle-income citizens, with down payments starting from just EGP 50,000 and repayment periods extending up to 20 years, utilizing a mortgage financing system.

📅 Reservation Timeline for Low-Income Housing

According to an official statement by the Social Housing Fund, reservations for low-income apartments will be open from July 8 to August 7, 2025. Applications must be submitted online via the Fund’s official website.

Eligibility is limited to individuals who previously applied in the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” program but were either ineligible or not prioritized, provided they meet the new announcement’s criteria.
